Firstly I want to tell shortly a unhappy story of my best friend and Russian girl. He came into contact with a handsome woman from Russia, he was so cheerful! that woman was so sensible and highly educated in e-mails, so flawless that he started to think that she is that girl with whom they can make true great family by international marriage and that this woman from Russia can be his future wife. They communicated for several months, he was so heartfelt in his messages and Russian woman replied him with love and tender words.

The first questionable things I felt after looking at her photographies. This woman from Russia sent to my friend pictures near so bad places, so poor and ramshackle buildings, even nasty street toilets. Why? She told that it is her house, without electricity, without anything, that they have so unfortunate situation in her family.

Of course my friend was in shock, he had plans to support his bride from Russia so much!

But it was strange that once she came to the web camera to the agency with last model of mobile phone, sunglasses Gucci and super cloth. He didn't assume that he could meet dishonest girl, that she could be a faker and can lie!

There is no need to portray the the end of this story, because I'm convinced that my friend wouldn't be happy to read something like this. Just I want to say that one day this Russian girl sent him the letter, that she can't live without him, that she loves him with all her heart and ready to go. She told that in the travel office she received all necessary information, etc. And she needs money (more then 10000$). When my kind friend told to his bride from Russia, that his friend will come to see her and give money and help her settle all the matters, she changed instantly… I checked this Russian girl and she had quite different life from the life she explained in messages and by phone. It is marvelous that we've revealed at the proper time that she is a faker.

So long to explain, but what I was going to say - please! Be careful! Working in international marriage agency I saw a lot of parallel situations. In such deals everything is under your control. I would recommend to come first to your Russian lady and say that you will prepare everything in cooperation with her, if your woman from Russia has serious plans, she will be frankly happy to to prepare everything together. And if you keep this suggestion you will see her reaction. Or you can make connection with the dating agency and they will assist you with everything! Just be cautious! International marriage can be much more complicated than you might think about it!
